Tim Buckley started
Buckley Communications in 1987. The company has been located in
Salem, OR since 1989. His freelance practice dates to 1980, and
his work has taken him to Alaska, the US,
Mexico and Europe.
Good communication
begins with deep listening. Tim’s background as a reporter and
radio documentary producer give him the skills to find and tell
a compelling story about things ordinary or extraordinary. His
writing has been award-winning but, more importantly, his work
has brought clients the results they desired.
Finally, good
communications is also about building quality relations with
clients. That means high quality work, on time and on budget…
always.

Elaine Hultengren joined the
company as a partner in 2008. Elaine is an education
consultant, helping school districts build and improve
English Language Learner programs. She teaches Loving Lens
classes in elementary schools with that program’s founder (www.thelovinglens.com)
and co-facilitates Nonviolent Communication workshops,
classes and practice groups with Tim.
